This account shows clear signs of being a scam. After agreeing on a price, the person claims to have transferred the money and then asks for your email address. You will receive an email from “Visa Universal Payment” stating that your account must be upgraded to a “business account” by sending additional money first. They repeatedly pressure you emotionally, saying that if you do not transfer the required amount, the original payment will not be released or refunded. This is a common scam method—do not send any money and stop all communication with the account.
